| ^^ When the Moon is brown, and Cheetoes are nowhere to be seen, this is what happens to me. I've been drawing since before I could read or write and have been passionate about creating art and other things since I was in the 3rd grade. I love to work with graphite, colored pencils and creating sculpture. Recently I've gotten into Digital painting and different kinds of computer art. I've also dabbled a little in acryllics and watercolor. I try to make art regularly to keep my creative juices flowing (about 3 or 4 pieces a month)and have been doing pretty well at doing so. Drawing for me has always come naturaly, although my talents may not be as refined as some. I've had an odd ability to get better at drawing over time without practice- I've had several periods in my life where I have made no art at all, but when I pick up my pencil again, I'm much better than where I left off. I love nature and much of my art recently has been inspired by the landscape around me. I'm so glad to live in such a lush part of the country where there is so much life all around- I truly feel blessed that I wasn't born in the desert (Don't get me wrong, there are plenty of natural wonders out there too, but it lacks the thriving vibrance that gets me going). I'm a laid back person with a goofy, and often obscene sense of humor. One half of what I tend to say is serious, the other, is full of piss and vinegar mixed with sarcasm. |
